Fee Policy
- Fee bill is generated before 10th of every month and liable for payment before 10th of each month.
- Refundable Security fee equal to two months tuition fee is to be charged from each student, except wards of teaching, non-teaching of FESS / SF & Air Force serving personnel
- In case of non-payment of two consecutive fee bills, student stands struck off from the school roll until payment is made. During such duration student is not allowed to attend class.
- Fines are applicable on the following and will be added to the student’s fee bill of following month:
- Late fee payment
- Habitual late arrival
- Absence without approval
- Absence in Sendup/ pre-board/ mock examinations for senior students without valid reason.
- Habitual Improper uniform
- Defacing of school property
- Refund of Security may be applied after School Leaving Certificate is generated, and usually takes about 04 work weeks to process.
Fee and Subscription
Tuition fee and allied charges will be paid on a monthly basis for all 12 months of the academic year. However, fee and allied charges for 2 months will be paid before summer break begins. Dues must be deposited by the 10th of each month at the specified bank branch, failing which a 'per day' late payment fine shall be charged. If school dues are not cleared by the 30th of the month, the student's name shall be struck off from the school roll and the outstanding amount will be adjusted against the refundable security fee. Re-admission, if possible, shall be subject to clearing any remaining dues and payment of specified re-admission fee. Parents are advised to maintain their personal record of paid fee bills as well.
Security Fee Refund Duration
FESS is obliged to refund security fee within two months after submission of refund application.
